Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Honestly hope so
Ours did. Support staff was set for august and all staff was set for September. Fully remote until further notice. I’m located in nyc but it’s firm wide, in 40 ish states
My office sent out an email saying mask are required for everyone again. Silent on what we are doing in September. But, I do think they are monitoring the situation and they are making decisions based on what our state does.
Hope so but firm sent out email today confirming staff and associates are required M-W-F in August and full time in September.
My firm was supposed to go back august 2. Attorneys 2 days per week and staff on a rotation. This is on hold now though.

We did. Supposed to go back full time on Monday but not postponed indefinitely. We had lots of WFH flexibility before covid though.
