Deloitte experienced hires, who all received written offers and in process of visa/ onboarding, have you heard back anything about hiring freeze? Or recruiter asked you to delay joining date?
My visa got submitted couple of days back and waiting for decision. When I reached out to recruiter to give her an update and mentioned once there’s decision will discuss on the start date before putting my 2 weeks, she mentioned “Yes, we should talk before you put notice” - Am I overthinking? I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

Why do men do this?!? Mine uses SO many wipes!
We’ve always just used the Kirkland brand. I actually started with water wipes and hated them like the plague. Have had no issues with the Kirkland ones. A pack in a couple of days does seem excessive tbh.
My crunchy solution to making sure baby has no diaper rash and is fully clean - For poopy diapers, we wipes with a few wipes and then hold baby up at the sink and use my post partum peri bottle to make sure bottom is completely clean. Lather in tons of coconut oil and a fresh diaper, done!
I realize my method may not be for everyone, but this works for us! No diaper rash for the baby ever and no smells either.
You’re not alone! My son had such sensitive skin we ended up switching to using just water with a washable/reusable cloth wipes at home. Ended up saving us a good chunk of money and saving his poor little bum.

Yes, on my third baby now so we’ve gone through a lot of wipes. They are my preferred option.
Tried both Kirkland and Water Wipes but got more rashes with Kirkland so just stuck with Water Wipes.
We use Parents choice wipes. I really like them. We tried Huggies and Kirkland before but these are my preferred option.
I used the target brand unscented and loved them, but I can’t imagine the Kirkland ones wouldn’t be good. He should definitely not be using as many wipes as he currently is.
