Does citi let’s you negotiate salary? I heard they only make a final offer it’s take it or leave it. Also in the interview they told me no equipment will be provided to work remotely. Not even a laptop. Is this the usual practice there? If yes do they compensate you for using your own laptop. I have always gotten company devices for work. Location is Dallas.

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? I’m highly disappointed about the fact that whenever I talk to the HR teams or recruiters about joining bonus, they state there’s no provision.
