Does cross border experience actually matter for in-house roles? Just see a in-house job posting asking for “international” or “global” experience, but in practice, I’m not always sure how much weight it really carries. Sometimes it feels like a buzzword, especially when the role is still very region-focused day to day. does international experience more of a nice-to-have than a differentiator?
