Does Google hire into S&O only directly from MBB is MBB -> S&O somewhere else -> Google S&O a possibility?

US citizen here, and I would like to move to Europe for a couple of years. What are some big named companies (other than big 4 & MBB) that will sponsor my working visa? I would also like to move early next year. Is that unrealistic though due to COVID? TIA 😊

Is it recommended to get two full years of consulting experience before looking for a move elsewhere...for more comp (say to another Big 4, industry, attempt at MBB or FAANG)? Already have 8 yoe in the DoD space outside of consulting. And about 16 months of consulting exp

How have people regained their professional confidence after being transitioned out of MBB? I always had good scores overall but was average in problem solving, hence the transition. Now as I job search I can’t help but feel like if I couldn’t succeed as a bottom-of-the-pile Associate how could I possibly sell myself to another company? Especially as problem solving is so key to strategy work. Any tips on how to overcome this feeling of failure.. Is this a normal reaction?

How does Deloitte stack up against MBB in the healthcare space (size/scale of clients, type of work, etc.)? My understanding is that they are all on the same level, and that D is #1 in healthcare m&a.

MIS Junior here. Should I graduate next May and start working or get my Masters in MIS and have 1 more internship? I have had two internships already (Business Analyst & QA/Automation Scripting) and I am interning in Cyber this summer at a Top 10 firm.
