Hi,
I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.
Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.

McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company I have my first rounds (2 cases) for a position at the risk practice. Will I be interviewed by consultants in the risk practice? I wonder if I can ask some risk practice specific questions at the end of the interviews. (Didn’t get the names of the interviewers yet so I cannot google)

Hi fishes,
I am planning a switch so was going through some salary data for a software engineer. My ex-senior manager recommended me a website: Growceed.com which helped me a lot in getting clarification about a lot of things but I am in doubt whether the average salaries of software engineer mentioned on Growceed.com really that much in top MNC companies.
Ever did that??

This doesn't make sense. Can you elaborate?
I don’t follow everything that you’re saying so I’ll just respond to the first 13 words. It’s not just the cost of salary for the new person you have to consider. It’s the overhead of an internal recruiter, of HR and onboarding, and sometimes paying a headhunter’s fee.
And they’re a short term commitment, versus the baggage that comes with taking on another annual salary.
Plus there needs to be an open req to fill, which means your agency needs a client they can bill to make the money it takes to pay a full-time employee.
