i studied business law with a focus on international corporate law and have been working in bankruptcy law for two years now. During my studies I worked in the entertainment industry for five years as an organizer for various festivals in the country and realized that i simply enjoy this industry the most. Meaning I would now like to change as a career changer.... Does anyone have any tips for me on how to apply? So far I've only received rejections and I'm slowly losing motivation 🥲

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
