I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

Good Afternoon. I have been with my current company for ten months. They quickly realized that I was overqualified for the position I was given. I have been increasingly given more responsibility and even more side projects. I have also been proactive and searching for internal positions that fit my skill set. Now in 1-1 discussion my manager told very nice things about me but also told me that my CTC is already above market standards for my experience and tech stack. I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. Hi All, I have cleared all rounds for GSK and am being offered grade 7, and HR Hasn’t released the offer yet and asking my expectations. He hasn’t given me the full range. I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else?
