Does Uber pay relatively well compared to competitors (Lyft, door dash, etc) for strategy/ops roles? I can't find any good comparable roles with salary listed in the req. Base salary looks surprisingly low for some of the postings with pay.

Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level?
