LOL, not in any meaningful way. An HR rep once got so offended by my (professional, constructive, specific) feedback that she asked me, “Well was there anything you LIKED about working here?” 🙄
Yea I don’t know that they ever result in agency change. Just as a post-mortem rarely results in better project performance. These practices are always an after-thought and will remain as such.
If agencies truly care about talent retention they will place more responsibility on leaders to nurture career growth of their team and give them the power to do so before team members accept another offer elsewhere.
With all the open positions available according to Resourcing emails there is plenty of opportunity to promote within. Leaving new hire positions to lower tiers would like save the company a lot of money.
I left my job 3 months ago and I think it's the first time HR insisted on a proper chat, which I know they didn't use to do before. They honestly sounded so desperate to understand why so many people were leaving at the same time 😂
At my last agency I was told to “please scheduled your exit interview before you leave”… they seemed very invested
