Employee Appreciation Day is this Friday, and I’m feeling stuck. We just went through layoffs, so morale isn’t great, and I don’t want anything to feel tone-deaf. My boss asked what I’m planning, but honestly, it feels like a no-win situation. I have a budget of $25 per employee for 50 people. Any ideas for something that feels genuinely appreciative without seeming like we’re splurging?

We've done low-key team building events before that turned out to be a lot of fun and helped boost morale. Bowling was a big hit and wasn't too expensive.

Hi All,
How's the job security at Accenture as such? I know that last year, they sacked people ruthlessly and now are facing a resource crunch. Also that they mandatorily place poor performers in PIP.

But how is it in general? Should I perform as per expectation, can I be relaxed about the job security aspect or do you always need to be on your toes?

Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior. There are so many major issues in this company that I don’t know if I want to subject my mental health to this degree of toxicity. I just don’t know how to move forward from here.
