Encashing vacation days while leaving company:

I am leaving my company soon and I have a few vacation days left which I can encash if I don't use them up. How do I calculate how much cash I can get if I don't take the vacation? For example, if I have 3 days, do I divide monthly salary by working days in the month and then multiply by 3?

I recently joined a company after being self employed. I’m on hubs’s health insurance. We have no kids. It’s United healthcare. The company offers United as health insurance. What’s the best way to compare plans? I have not been in this situation before so apologies in advance if this is a dumb question.

This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. I just graduated from my bachelors and I have received an offer for 3k per month (incl bonus) from Accenture in tech consulting (level 11), which was my top choice. However, I am not very satisfied with the pay so I wanted to ask:
