I have joined Accenture in Sep and in between got offer from Nagarro on same salary. I did not get any project in Accenture till now and feeling disconnected.
Should I resign from Accenture and join Nagarro??
Is Nagarro better in terms of project and job security?

I joined mindtree in Jan 2022. Suddenly there is a 10k deduction in salary in the month of April. The salary slip say 10k deduction as INCOME TAX.
Mindtree says "You come under 20% slab according to the income tax calculations. When all the tax slabs are applied you will have to pay yearly tax around Rs. X amount. So that amount will be deducted in monthly basis."
Why sudden income tax deduction? Why was that not deducted in the month of Jan Feb March ?
How can i recover that 10k every month?

I recently joined EY 5 months back very far from my home Town. I joined because of the hybrid working policy but the location where I am working they are not encouraging this hybrid mode.I also revealed my compensation information to my manager and some of my colleagues and it really was a mistake.
