Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

What’s a project? Never heard of it. I love my bench so comfy
Yep - it was years ago, but I led the proposal that won a nice chunk of follow-on work for my client, got promoted to Lead Assoc, and was promptly too spendy. And as the PM, I had to cut my own hours because I managed the budget! 😳 But, it taught me that it’s important to bid labor categories with wiggle room in mind, and also not to get too comfy where I sit because growth at my firm means being flexible. It wasn’t the reward I was hoping for at the time, but a valuable lesson nonetheless.
I don’t know the details of your situation or client project but typically we promote based on someone operating at the next level. That means the client should already feel that you are worth the higher bill rate for the role you are performing. If the client has a big issue, then we propose to replace you with a more junior resource — again, if they want to keep you, they end up paying the rate. If you still get rolled off, then maybe you were not providing the value of a resource at the higher level for that particular client/project.
