I feel that way at times, and I imagine it's not uncommon. I'll think of how I could take some transferable skills and enter another field, and if the economy was better now I might be actively exploring that. I like the idea of working in healthcare but at times I feel like I could accomplish more elsewhere.

It seems we are feeling the same, it's fulfilling job wise but pay wise not really. Have you managed to find a solution about transferable skills in any other field?
I think about that a lot. I definitely think I could be making significantly more money if I transitioned to technology or finance, and I sometimes think about going to school to get another degree. But I love what I do, and I love my team, and until that changes, I'm probably going to stick around.

I'm the same, I love my job and what I do, it's just the pay. I sometimes feel I should have gone to IT too.

I love my job too, but the paycheck can be tempting to rethink. It’s all about finding that balance, isn’t it?

It is. I sometimes this to find a second job to help but other responsibilities don't let me to do it.
