I'm afraid that my company will shut down in next 2 months or so. Although the project I'm doing brings great value to my resume and my roles & responsibilities also are interesting & challenging. Also I kind of love working here as it's my first company (some emotional attachment). Reason why i think it'll shut down is because in last 5-6 months almost ~40 people resigned of which ~10 are close relatives/acquaintances of ceo/higher-management. Now only ~50 people remain in office What to do?

How to fetch an on-site/client opportunity? Been into Analytics & Consulting from past 6 years. I've continued with a firm for 5 years and they just ended up making excuses for senior folks being priority. I'm very passionate for consultancy services/ideas. Was even able to fetch some 250k worth of projects to the firm. I'm desperate for an on-site opportunities and trying everything in my power to achieve that.
