Everyone gets asked but curious on best responses to the interview question, "What's your biggest weakness?", especially on an interview to leave consulting

Hi everyone. I'm a Product Designer looking for a new role with 1-2 YOE. I'm based in Ireland but I'm looking for remote roles.

I've been interviewing the past month for companies to no avail, and the feedback I get is that I matched well with the company/ticked all the boxes but that they decided to go with a more senior candidate. Most recently for an application I was the only candidate to make it through all the rounds. I was rejected.

Any advice or companies that I could apply to?

Staff: maps the state deduction to the prior year state tax true-up…for a newly formed entity.

Me trying not to get fired for cussing someone out: “so, what exactly are you truing up here?”

By what multiple did you improve (or lose) your skills year over year though your career? Wholly subjective, of course.

Format example:
Yr 0-1: x5 (first year learned way way more than from interning or whatever before)
Yr 1-2: x3.2 (still learned a ton, worth >3 of me from year before)
Yr 2-3: x1.2 (learned a little)
Yr 3-4: x0.6 (burnt out, worth like half of year prior)
etc

FTE only, internships don't count

I have 6 years of experience in embedded sw development in infotainment and Adas .my current package is 13.6lpa.
I have offer from qualcom in sw qa development ,with 22 lpa CTC with base salary of 20 lpa and 38 lpa rsu.

I have other offers for sw development role at 23 lpa , which i can go till 25-26 lpa in next 2 months of upcoming interviews.

Shall I except the offer from qualcom ? If so can i renegotiate with qualcom for raise in CTC?

Can I get onsite opportunity if I tell my manager that I will retain only if I get onsite opportunity?
If my manager doesn't offer onsite I won't withdraw my resignation.
Should I first let him know about offer and then drop papers or should I drop papers and wait for him to call?
