Wow 200k comp seem high! If it’s true maybe stick around Accenture a bit. You don’t seem excited about the other opportunity much.
Are you interested in the other job? I’d say choose based on where you’ll be learning and doing things that interest you. Comp isn’t the deciding factor if you’ll be unhappy.
PS. Fwiw, I think career is more about taking opportunities that come than having a plotted out strategy that may or may not work. That doesn’t mean you have to take every single opportunity however.

If you leave now....your resume will day Accenture consultant. That won't look nearly as good on future jobs as Accenture manager.
Stay until you hit mgr. Also take the mgr training that you get in year 1. Mgr training at Accenture is really good

That would be wrong. Accenture training is really good when it comes to learning how to execute and deliver large projects.
If you go to Accenture training expecting to learn technology then you will be disappointed
