I’m not at Deloitte, but most of those roles at places like Accenture, PwC and others are technical implementation roles. If that’s something you want to get into, go for it. But recognize it’s usually a specialized implementation side of security and not generalist, unless Deloitte has crafted the role in a different way than most.
Unfortunately I can’t answer that for you as it’ll be unique to your situation. Like other Big 4, D has a large cyber practice and you may be able to move into it. You may be able to get into cyber more quickly on a full time basis by doing an exit to elsewhere, but you may need to take a step down in rank or pay to an entry level role if you can’t get enough experience where you are now. My suggestion would be to exhaust opportunities where you are now, but exit if you’re not getting what you want in what you consider to be a reasonable timeframe.
They mostly ask for technical skillset like Java, IdAM tools like Sailpoint, RSA etc.
