EY I started with you all right at the beginning of the new year, so 6 months in the peformance year. Any idea what sort of raise I could expect given working have the year?? In tech consulting, S3 and 145k base now.

Hey OP, I am an S2 that started in Jan from D too! previously asked this question and the general consensus is that it will be pro-rated. Honestly seems like we won’t really know till the August.
Thanks EY3! Appreciate the input, that's what I expected and I know no one really knows - but figured I'd put it out there and see what happens
10-15% raise. Raise is about future not past (bonus is past). I joined in March and got 13% last year.
Wow! That seems crazy high! My largest at D was 8%, but I hear our bonuses were latger than what EY gives.
I'll temper my expectations but that would be awesome
I don’t think you’ll get a raise tbh, maybe a small col adj, but check with your talent consultant.
At deloitte I think you meeded > 3 months of work, so maybe it is the same at EY and you just missed?
One million dollars. Enjoy!
😂 I understand that no one has a crystal ball, but maybe someone on here went through a similar experience last year!
If your offer letter says you’re eligible for a raise you’ll get one in august and it varies based on your rating and where you are in the salary band. The bonus range for a senior is 5.5-12% and that will probably be prorated. No one really knows what the salary adjustments will be unfortunately
I tried reaching out a few months ago and they refused to tell me. Hopefully you have better luck!
145 at s3? Heck, I should tell you I are way ahead! What practice is this ?
It's within emerging tech, but have 6 yoe, 5.5 at D. Probably could have tried for M1 but didnt realize deloitte has an extra level before M compared to EY
Just an update: ~8k base raise and ~8k bonus
