HR communicated to me that its compulsory to join at Mumbai location & if not joined then they will take action as it will be constructed as willful insubordination.Also need to look for accommodation.

Anybody with a priority date of mid-late 2015 that is considering switching jobs? I have an offer that I was about to sign, but saw that priority dates for filing in EB2 are already at sep 2014 this April. First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. I have a real estate client who at the top of his organization chart owns is 50/50 partners in a real estate investment company.
