What is MBB partner salary in UAE?

I'm a recent grad who accepted an entry-level full-time job offer with Capital One. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? What were the likelihoods that they would have raised my salary? I had no other competing offers at the time

I have a post-MBA offer with Accenture Strategy and I'm seeking advice on whether I should pursue this offer, or if I should continue to recruit for MBB (which may open more doors/opportunities). I previously worked 4 years at Deloitte Consulting.

I’m currently a tax senior associate at M&A group with a big four thinking about switching to international tax group because international stuff sounds more interesting.
