So the "standard" is 1-2 pre-interviews with the different recruiters and then 3 rounds.
My colleague did 1 pre-interview and 2 rounds.
I did no pre-interviews and 1 round.
It varies on rank/geo, but we’ve been doing pre-recorded video as 1st round, and then a panel interview with 2-3 managers/senior managers, and a partner/director interview at the end.
Why are you leaving your current role, why do you want to work at EY, what projects have you worked on (know the difference between sox, soc1, soc2), how do you stay up to date on guidance, if you’re interviewing for a senior role then make sure you can demonstrate you have the right experience (reviews, coaching, supervising, pmo)
Whats pre interviews?
Recruiters say they'll prep you for the actual interview. Sort of an informal call with some practice questions
Usually a phone screen with HR. Then depending on rank 2-3 45 min video interviews
Not proof of your current role, more so which role you are interviewing for. Coming in at senior manager is going to more interview round than coming in as a senior for example. Based on your experience, you'll tell EY where you see yourself and then they'll decide if they think it's reasonable
