Feeling really down and anxious about the fact that a few of my close team members were laid off. Tips for adjusting into my new work environment and continuing to job search without feeling so anxious all the time?

They’ve remained somewhat neutral on my employment affidavit by leaving the box regarding satisfactory performance blank and indicating it’s firm policy to only verify dates of employment. Am rather nervous! Thoughts? Has anyone gone through this? How?

What is fastest way to improve both structured communication and thinking? Any helpful books or drills?
It’s the one consistent feedback I get while casing , “to be more structured” I’m there for math ability , business logic , creativity.

Seen a lot of “my company is so amazing posts” continuously on LinkedIn a la “here at XYZ we give people lots of time off and it’s amazing” or even “so happy XYZ company allowed me to take maternity/paternity leave” - are folks just trying to look like team players or do employees get some sort of incentive for doing this at companies? I feel like the folks I see that work at Salesforce (for example) do this constantly and more so than other big companies.

I have accepted an offer for BA3 band for 10 LPA (46% hike). Is this a good offer or was I low balled ? Wanted to know as this is my first switch so I cannot judge if this is a good offer or not.
I had communicated my expected salary of 11 LPA (fixed) during negotiations for which HR said she would have to ask the concerned team. I then said that I am willing to negotiate and was offered 10. Was this wise or should I have waited ?
