You like your boss and the company that massively retaliated against you for health issues? Sounds like some kind of corporate variation of Stockholm Syndrome. If you don't want to sue because you think it will potentially cause problems with other employers, that's a consideration. I might eschew legal action for that practical reason. However, I don't think I'd have warm feelings for people who took action against me.

Can you wear a wire to get more incriminating evidence? Discuss your situation and secretly record the conversation. I know someone who successfully did that. He got a settlement and was still able to get jobs. Then again, you’re saying the evidence is already clear.
Yes lol luckily I recorded my review and my manager admitted to breaking the law in it like three times so it seals the deal
