I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that they have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later?

Anyone else feel like work/billable hours gets in their way of taking care of their life? Hate having to choose between working to keep up with billables and taking care of my life whether that's the gym or whatever else. Feel like I never have enough time for both.

My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" (i.e. how many weeks / months in advance, how many hours per week, etc?) any tips on most effective ways to prep as an experienced hire coming in at the associate level? (No MBA or finance background so may need some extra prep to learn key concepts / terms)
