Fielding an offer for Associate Principal role at IQVIA, in their Product and Portfolio Strategy team. Current offer is at $200k. Is this consistent with typical pay in IQVIA at that level? Thanks in advance!

That's it? Is that a LCOL? What are the levels after AP?

Ah I see. Then I take back initial response. Doesn't seem low relative to the title. Wish I could provide more background, but I left as a "consultant" years a ago, and in a different dept.

How many hours do you think you would need to be working/ week in this position?

Not familiar with the title of Associate Principal but my understanding of Principle is around 250k so that seems right. Someone more familiar might be able to provide you the exact salary band, which yes every position here does have.

200k sounds good for an AP at IQVIA. I would expect around 230k ish at a maximum. Believe me, these people don't pay that well, so you need to negotiate higher.

Yeah makes sense. Depends on the COE you work for as it also depends on the performance of the COE.

Was hired into a company at a level that was more junior than my skills (Was out of work due to pandemic for a year). I’ve been at the company 5 months. We’re going through a reorg and my new position will really be leveraging my years of experience more so than other role. Is it appropriate to discuss a raise/adding senior to title? Or should I do the job and then prove myself then talk about raise. I have more experience than the senior members of my team.

Im an associate at a small firm. I’m potentially referring a significant contingency fee lawsuit to another firm. Can I have the other firm pay a referral fee to me directly to me if they prevail or settle? Do I have an obligation to notify my firm I’m referring a case? I know my firm doesn’t have any conflicts because we are a small firm with very few clients in a completely different practice area. My state bar’s ethics rules doesn’t address this. Thoughts?

Hello, I'm an MBA candidate at a non-target school with a good supply & value chain program. I realize the cards are stacked against me coming from a non-target, but I will work just as hard regardless. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Ladies, how do you know if your husband is a father material? My husband is in eager talks about us having children while I am on the fence. My dad took 80% care for me when I was young(cooking, cleaning, diapers, bottle feeding, etc) so my expectations for a father is way higher. My husband, seems to be still in the stage of transitioning from bachelor to husband, like he takes out trash, cook once per week, do laundry (no folding)when I ask. Not sure if that’s what it takes for me to predict.
