Financial Advisor comp question - what does your incentive comp structure look like for net new business vs growth of existing business?

If minimum wage is increased to $15 dollars, what else do you think will be affected? Do you think other salaries will increase, do you think there will be a jump in prices, or will there be no changes besides less people in poverty?

Hi fellow nurses! I am an Emergency Nurse with 3 years of nursing experience to include med -surg. I am looking to transition to a lower acuity position such as pre op, or honestly work remote as the work life balance is not fulfilling for me. Any recommendations on hospital jobs that are less stressful or any companies that offer competitive pay to work remote? I make 38/hr currently and would like to maintain that rate. Thank you!

Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I have a situation in front of me. I got an offer from small company or we could say startup company Uzio (pdt based) and my manager in current company didn't revert back with any retaining offer. It's been a month and 27 days left in np.
