First time poster here. I was recruited to work for capco as a data management consultant for my first round interview in the next 2 days. It’s a four stage interview and I was wondering if anyone had any pointers or advice. I am very interested in the role but my weakness is financial regulation in the UK (I’ve been studying that segment and I have a cheat sheet). Anything else I need to know or are there any data management consultants working there?

Which one I should choose?
In Tigerhall, I will get a lot of free time as the work is same as what I have done so far in my career therefore, I can focus on more things now.
In Zupee, I will get to learn new skill which might be good for my career.
Also, comparatively in hand salary of Tigerhall is higher than Zupee (it will less tax deduction as it's a Singapore based company)

I am trying to practice a version of intuitive/mindful eating - honoring my body’s hunger cues and not sticking to a timeline or plan as to what and when to eat. But tbh years of “dieting” has screwed over my ability to recognize hunger cues. I suddenly realize my hunger after not eating for 10+ hours and then I’m ravenous and would just eat anything.
