Lap infants are easy peasy on planes. Gate check your stroller/car seat. Burn some points for more leg room and/or aim for the bulkhead. Get an inflatable nursing pillow if baby is nursing. Or bring some bottles. Have baby eat or suck on a pacifier for descent to help ears. As for colder climate just pack a nice cozy bunting
M1 hit it all I think. The pacifier is a big deal to avoid ear aches.
Get the bassinet on the plane. Try for night flights. Don't expect to watch any movies and she’ll be right.
Should be cool. It gets tougher when they want to crawl everywhere
I recommend buying a seat. Beyond being safer, it is also more comfortable and known to your child (like a car trip but Mom and Dad are in the back). Just make sure car seat is FAA approved (most are)
Use a bottle for ascent and descent to help with ear pressure.
Buy some new toys.
3 hours or less is easy in lap with passy and bottles
If a melt down occurs just over feed them. Bring up back up clothes in the carry on/diaper bag for everyone (you/SO/baby)
