Anyone have experience with rental / investment properties in the Orlando / Disney area?

Would love to hear about your experience, returns, lessons learned, etc. We've been thinking about it for a couple years and getting closer to pulling the trigger.

SOS I’m a first year teacher. I’m at a VERY challenging school district & a different culture than I’ve ever been around before. I cant get through a full day’s lesson! I spend more time disciplining!

To all ski and snowboarders.....have the chance to learn one of the two. What do you recommend, why? I have two lessons for 2 hours each

I have been "head hunted" for a Director of Product role with the potential to grown an entire team of product and UX folks. I have some ideas on how I would potentially grow at team (dependent on business needs of course), but I'm curious if you could grow a Product team from scratch, what would be your first priorities?

Or if you've done this before, any lessons learned or things to avoid? I've started and grown other types of teams but never a Product specific team.

How long does it take you to make sub plans? With writing the plan, making copies, & prepping the lab, it took 6 hours. I feel like I'm doing it wrong.

What all activities does your 3 YO do ? I am a boring person with no hobby as my parents never exposed me to anything other than studies. With covid everywhere my kid is turning out to be one and want to expose him so that he can develop interests or have a hobby in the future. Someone told me they started swimming lessons at 3 and I am trying to see what all they can start around 3 years

Hi Special Educators,
How is your district conducting IEPs?
We’re not allowed to video or use Zoom w/our students (as yet), how are you conducting lessons.

We need Biden to deal with student debt like a business would. Cancel an amount that will provide completely relief to 70% of debtors. Those who abused the system still have to pay off their balance and everyone else can invest their resources into reinvigorating our service based economy.

Dad here paying for college for daughter, now 22. She enrolled in conservatory for voice is SF. First year she studied under a bad professor that was fired. We begged her to finish the program. She said the year 2 professor was bad so daughter left after year 2 and $100k spent by us. She found private voice coach in Miami. Deal was you must have marketable degree to support yourself if things don’t pan out in musical performance. She entered community college for software while taking lessons.

Do you ever have students that want to explore other CTE programs in your school? What do you do if they just want to explore? What if they want to switch? Our Computer Technology students have a sweet tooth so we took them into the Culinary Arts kitchen for an introductory exploration lesson on baking.
