I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.

Eh, I don't mind "staff aug" in the least.
Eng Partners is adamant about this not being staff aug, hence his demands for "value-add" PMO.

Can you look at the RFI/RFP to find any specific tasks? You could start planning out which ones to do first, which you could do at the same time. Also could start brainstorming how many resources are needed for each task/work stream and start coming up with resumes

Ahh, here's a little-known SOW loophole: addendums. An SOW is for a specific engagement, but an Addendum can be signed for anything, and it's competely generic.
What do those day to day tasks lead to? Have you considered that those are probably part of a project too, and you’re managing them.
Tell your partner the exact situation, and ask him there is a larger context he can provide.
