For Microsoft - How many interview rounds, in general, does Microsoft conduct for a Consultant role (Hyderabad)? I am done with 2 Tech rounds, what can I expect in coming rounds?

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. They want to offer me a contractor role instead. Does anyone here know if that is the case? I haven't heard anything as they seem be on wellness week. Thanks for any guidance :)
