Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY
Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

Hi all,
I just came to realise Deutsche Bank has a fixed rule of max 30 to 35 % hike on fixed component and remaining 10 to 15% variable i.e. total 50% max hike you can ask for no matter how good, skilled you are.
Is it true?
(I got to know this when an HR called me for a Frontend developer role)

Any clue if EY does?
Nope
Depends on your employer. Mine does not, my wife’s does.
My guess would be no due to compliance issues. PwC limits us to like 10 funds because of that but you get what you need. Mainly index funds

I'm confused. The 401k is a form of "account." I don't think you can open an account within an account.
Your investment options are defined by the plan administrator. You can open additional accounts with Fidelity on your own.
Thanks EY2! I didn't know about "brokerage windows."
