For the D&AI Value Strategy Managers (or Industry & Functional AI Value Strategy Managers, if you’ve gotten accustom to the new title): what sort of work do you have the most success getting staffed on? I’ve seen a lot of roles on MyS for RAI, modelers, DS, and SAP work but not a lot strategy work. I like strategy, op models, running pods, and a lot of the other typical work, but feeling like there aren’t a lot of options unless I learn a tech/app well or get some sort of DS/DE credentials.

i applied for a snr consultant role in consulting (strategy & ops, indus. redesign & innov.) and saw my app. got shortlisted. this role looks more suited for me and im super interested in it, more so than my prev. exp at D but you never know haha. whats the process like/how likely will i progress?

I am a 3rd year senior associate in alternative investment tax and up for manager promotion this year. I really dislike the long hours of this job and seeking to make a move. Although I’m not sure i necessarily want to stay in tax. I have a young toddler at home and want to find a job i like, makes decent money, and has decent hours so i can spend more time with family.

I am a recent grad(Finance), and my MBA school is not a named institute like Stanford. I would want to work for a consulting co. who is heavily involved in Finance. Can you help me create a roadmap from where should I start? What are top finance business consulting companies and how to get there? My undergrad was in science.
