For those at MBB in Canada, how difficult is it to transfer to a US office? Does it happen frequently or rarely? What sorts of factors go into the decision?

I'm currently at an M7 MBA program in the US and planning to move back to Toronto for a couple of years after because my partner is in grad school at UofT. But our long-term plan is to move back to the States, and I'm wondering if that's a feasible strategy.

After obtaining CIPP certification, I am starting a data privacy practice group at my law firm. I’m looking for tips on how to get started: what are your recommendations for preparing internal documents/templates, staff training, client development and best practices for advising clients, etc.?

I have not been on a project for over 3 months. Since I joined, I have been put in training. The training got extended by a month and now it's close to 4 months since I joined and without a project.

What should I do? People say that I'm lucky to get paid without doing any work, but it is stressing me out. I need the experience. The uncertainty is freaking me out, with rumours of layoffs and the certification program and all.

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. Left Deloitte this year. Kind of felt bad about missing the retention bonus bc I still like DT. But I got an unexpected $60k RSU award today and now I’m not feeling bad anymore. Still will always be grateful for my time at DT though.

So I have my bachelors in criminal justice and I just finished my paralegal certificate course today. My attorney should be making partner this year. With that being said I told her that I would complete my certificate by the summer around the time she would make partner. Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
