Is anyone beating themselves up over missing the initial dip? This was my first large stock market contraction since I started working. While I knew in my head “buy the dip”, it felt so scary that I didn’t. Also didn’t have a lot of spare cash - I was so heavily invested already. And it doesn’t look like there’s going to be a “double dip” as pundits previously guessed. I know it’s not healthy to keep regrets around, but they keep resurfacing every time I look at the new S&P highs.

Currently in the interview process with a start-up. As a next step, they sent an email asking me to identify an ideal candidate for them and compose an InMail to send to a candidate for an open role. I'm assuming they are trying to assess my sourcing capabilities, but I'm concerned that they could use this as free work, especially since their initial InMail had many issues (grammatically and way too long).
