For those of you out there who have had of vasectomy, what was the recovery like? Seems like most things say it's a little sore for a few days and generally uncomfortable but not really painful or anything.

I'm having a vasectomy tomorrow and hoping by Monday I will be back to normal. Is that reasonable?

I worked about a month of 19 hour days 2 years ago (this was the peak of the season where I worked at least 12 hours a day) and my facial skin hasn't really recovered and the experience really aged me.

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal.
