Looking for a treadmill for a standing desk. But also want one that I can run on. I would like walking distances to go up to 4-4.5 and running up to 8-9 mph. Would be great to have one of those that the rail and be moved and the treadmill placed under the desk for walking. Incline would be great. Any insight in calculating the buyout of a primary residence in a divorce (community property state)?In the buyout option the spouse staying is discounting the estimated closing costs (10%) from the buyout. I am encouraging the other spouse to push back as it isn’t a sale and at least lower the closing cost estimate to 5% (their share). Buyout calculation = Current FMV - Outstanding Debt - Estimated Closing Costs. Thoughts?
