Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?
Globant

I left KPMG and went to Accenture and never looked back
Irrelevant..
Both of them are equally bad. Though I got better bonuses at KPMG.
Rising Star
In my experience:
KPMG is much more systematic - more clearly defined policies, better on boarding, clearer communication, etc. But also a more cutthroat environment.
EY is way more disorganized and flailing, but also more "entrepreneurial" and encouraging of internal efforts, with a more cooperative atmosphere.
Tell me more —
Came to EY from KPMG. Federal space
Both places have some excellent resources but I saw more underperformers at KPMG during my time.
EY is also bigger on collaboration culture
It depends on the industry, I worked at both and stayed within my industry so everything was pretty much similar, just working under a different company.
