I personally like a lot of people I work with. That's the main reason.
Because I make make more than enough already, and I enjoy my role and like the people I work with.
The last in first out mindset and the state of the economy. Though I know there are opportunities out there
I enjoy the pain of waiting for a position that may never come
Visa/work authorization
This
1. I studied, live and work in an overseas office. I plan on coming back to the states and this is my "in". Even if my office pays less, EY is well respected in the US and I should easily be able to find a position there or anywhere in the B4.
2. I made a manager this year, even though I can get paid more elsewhere, the manager title will give me at least an extra 10k USD a year when I move.
3. EY is safe during the recession, at least in my country, my team and service line.
Job security is main reason I would say.
Because interviewing for new jobs is hard and stressful.
