My new company is better but the pay is demotivating me . It is almost $500 less per biweekly pay check . What to do get out of the demotivation? Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

I have got Offer from Publicis Sapient, CTC 14LPA, Permanent Remote work. However I have heard recently they are firing lots of resources , they are engaged in hire and fire policy.

Not sure how true is it !! So should I consider my other offers (Mindtree , CTS ) instead of Sapient ? Do they revise offer and match !! Please suggest.
Skill set - QA Automation

We are a firm of 5 transactional attorneys and the bonus structure is very unclear. The usual “based on personal performance and firm profitability” language. I wonder how this is calculated in general. What is the percentage bracket of the bonus? Assume it is a high performance 9+ year attorney and the firm is profitable (even with COVID). Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
