I had my first technical round of interview as Sr. Android developer with Tech Mahindra and It went well. How long does it take to know about the result. Also how many rounds are there? The interviewer refused to say his name nor he appeared on video in the interview. Is that the company policy? Tech Mahindra
We have two open media planner positions in Durham, NC that we’re actively interviewing for. Our client needs are heavily digital and social. That said, we don’t separate media, analytics, programmatic and adOps responsibilities, our media team is responsible for it all from ideation through optimization. We have high expectations for ourselves, but also have a great support system in place that emphasizes development at all levels. If you’re excited by this type of a role, shoot me a note. Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Process has continued via zoom and “checking in”....
Finished my last interview before the lock down. Received an offer, but I didn't wanna negotiate higher salary, because of the situation and they were hiring 2 other analysts. Signed the offer and got a start date.
Process continued for me during the lock down. Got the job and they even allowed me to work remotely because I have to move to a new city. I guess it really depends on the company as my friend was in the same situation and they stopped the process at the company where she was applying
Did first three rounds in person pre-lockdown, then process continued via video calls for another four rounds. Offer verbally made but delayed paperwork 1 month due to unknown covid situation. Then offer formally arrived and negotiated offer up substantially and paperwork signed today! Must be present in the office to start, though.
Started the process before lockdown went into effect and finished the process virtually. Accepted offer and had my onboarding materials, work laptop, etc. all mailed to me. A rather strange situation, but the long hours and constant calls with different deal teams I’m on since starting a month ago have almost made it feel like I’ve almost been fully integrated with the team already.
