Realized I want to work more on the provider side and learn healthcare from that end and I think I may be getting an offer from a large provider in strat/business planning, but also interviewing with consulting firms that do healthcare intelligence for providers. I've had some people reach out to me on LinkedIn asking for free guidance on interviewing, starting out in a job, moving up, etc. I've met with a few people more than once for an hour or so at a time...wondering how big the market is for doing this kind of thing with recent college grads? In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
