Is it worth leaving EY as an Audit Senior 2 to Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Advisory Controllership? Has anyone made the switch from audit and regretted it?

How is pega practice in LTI ?

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?
