My salary is 115k as a consultant. I am supposed to make manager this year and conservatively, I’m expecting the salary to be 140k. Personally, i think 140k is not great and I would try to negotiate up to 160k. Thoughts?
How many YOE do you have? McKinsey post MBA is 180k + bonus (very small this past year), so Accenture 140k doesn’t seem extremely low to me, but it depends heavily on your YOE…
Just hit 5 years. I was supposed to make manager last fiscal year, but promo freezes…
At one of the B4, making over 200k in base. Consulting is broad and the pay for each practice is different. I’m in a higher pay function, hence this pay. But I know managers in other areas are mostly making between 125-160k range.
