Freelancers: better to list all your freelance roles in a list (and risk looking like a job hopper), or position it as your own company and name the agencies as your clients? Thoughts?

How common is it to land a high paying role in tech from an unrelated industry if you have the experience? Is it easier to crack into from the inside?

I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at.
