Friend at BCG got offer from Accenture Strategy to do more tech related work and engage with startups. Any thoughts? (He would move from Project Lead to Principal position)

Currently a staff in audit - 6 months in. Glad to be learning a lot, and have had a generally positive experience at the firm other than a few interactions, some tough busy season nights. Really been intrigued by TAS/M&A, however, and had a few convos with a senior in TAS i know at the firm. It’s closer to what I studied, but don’t know how to make the jump as it seems an internal transfer could take 6+months/senior rank and a lot of convincing. Is it better to jump firms/has anyone done this?

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Started a new role. For 9 years I was the go-to for every question for my team. It was exhausting and I was killing myself to please everyone, but I also kind of thrived on it. Now I’m the new kid on the block, know nothing, and feel like I’m adding very little value to my current firm pulling half the hours. I know eventually I will get up to speed and pull my weight. Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate.
