- Deloitte Manager: 155k. Will be joining Strategy & Analytics and will focus on Financial Services

Money aside, which is better for career growth, culture, experiences? Note that I already have 4 years of consulting experience at another big 4 so brand recognition is not important to me

I’m interviewing with Deloitte for SM or D role in TMT. What’s the salary range there? Is 180K+annual bonus too high/low/about right? Thanks!

I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
