Fucking Delta... Canceled my flight because there's no crew... WTF?!

Need an objective opinion - I’m 29 so generally the men I have dated have been 3-8 years older, well established in their careers and financially secure. Most often they paid for dates and after several dates, I would pick up the tab or divide up expenses (ie. pay for the hotel while they paid for the tickets for a weekend away etc). Recently passed the GCS exam this cycle- I understand people use this specialty to their advantage in a job app process but was wondering if anyone has asked their current employer for a higher rate for their specialty?
